Dr. Gunther von Hagens, inventor of
plastination, founded the Institute for Plastination (IfP) in 1993.
Since 1997, Dr. Angelina Whalley has been the President and CEO.
A
team of doctors and plastination technicians is involved in various
scientific projects. They constantly strive to improve the fascinating
method of plastination. Currently, the IfP employs 35 people.
